Trying to try something better for you and without the crash as I’m a three red bulls a day guy in the am… I started with two and could tell a difference!! Three and I’m good to go!!! Bout to do four and see where that lands me tomorrow!!! But also don’t want to get to used to it so trying to break up dosing. Definitely worth a try !!!

Im just now opening up my 2nd bottle and im definitely enjoying. Serving size is 4, but i have never taken more than 3 at once. Usually i like to mix up servings between different supplements and thats what i've done here. Im enjoying taking 2 Winged mixed with a half serving of my favoritee thermogenic. Works really well.
